APARTMENT DESCRIPTION
The property is reached by lift from the ground floor or from the underground parking garage. The entrance hall leads directly into the main lounge dining area which can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. There is a flat screen TV which has Satellite and DVD input as well as a CD and radio for your entertainment. From the lounge patio doors lead out to the south-facing terrace which has views out to the Mediterranean and over the swimming pools. The kitchen is fully equipped with Ceramic hob, Oven, Microwave, Fridge/freezer, Washing machine and also comes with a Kettle and Toaster. There is a good selection of cooking utensils, pots and pans so the chef will have no excuse. A small hall leads from the lounge to the Master twin bedroom fitted with 2 standard single beds coordinating furniture and fitted wardrobes. Its en-suite has a Bath (shower over), sink, bidet and W/C. The second bedroom is also equipped with 2 standard single beds and has adjacent a bathroom with shower, sink and W/c. The whole apartment is equipped with air conditioning and central heating.
